Cutest kids I know!

Michelle and the kids came to Atlanta for a whirlwind visit this week. It was so great to see them and how much they have grown! Nicholas is crawling now and getting into everything.

Addy and John Michael spend some time swimming with Uncle Adam while they were here as well. They are not afraid of the water which is pretty amazing since they don't get many chances to swim at home. It is just too stinking cold in Highland to go outside and swim.....just one more reason they should move south : )

Here are some recent photos Michelle took of the kids....

I mean seriously, can you get any cuter that this!

20 weeks and counting

Adam and I had our second ultrasound this week, the baby is growing like crazy. This week Baby S is 6.5 inches long and weighs 10.5 ounces. We have decided not to find out the sex and let it be a total surprise. Everything looked and sounded great at our appointment, strong heartbeat and growing right on schedule.

If you can tell in the picture below the baby is looking right at us! It was crazy how much Baby S was moving around and I could not feel anything. Each day that goes by I am able to feel more and more, it is an amazing sensation.

We also found all our nursery furniture, it should be here in a few weeks. For anyone looking in Atlanta I totally recommend Precious Cargo in Smyrna, they were very helpful and have the cutest baby decor!

Baby S

Finally something to blog about!

Adam and I went to the doctor yesterday for my first ultrasound. Our baby is just 8 weeks old, 14mm, due 11-24-09. We are having a Thanksgiving baby!

This will be an interesting and exciting year for all three of us. I am sure this will kick my blogging back into full speed.

Thank you for everyone's prayers, we couldn't be happier.

Yearbook Yourself

School is back in session! Is it weird to anyone else that the freshmen in college this year were born in 1990??? That just makes me feel old, I needed a laugh. So Adam and I decided to have some fun with yearbook photos.

Birthdays

Weston Ritter was born on April 11th, he is already a month old and a growing boy! This is one of my favorite pictures of him kicking back with Lexi. Jess seems to be a natural taking on her mother role. She and Scott are celebrating their 1 year anniversary today!

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO THE HAPPY COUPLE

Ryan Fillauer was born on May 5th, he was finally able to come home this past Saturday. He was able to get off the feeding tubes and start gaining weight on his own! He is making progress but please keep Ryan and his parents in your prayers.

Dylan Sasser turned ONE on May 14th! It is hard to believe a year has gone by. Adam and I went down to Richmond Hill last weekend to celebrate with the rest of the family.

And last but not least...Michelle's birthday was Saturday the 17th.

I hope everyone had a wonderful birthday!!!

Welcome Home

Has it really been FOUR years?

Today at noon, Corp Jason E Worthington was release from the Marines. It seems like yesterday when my little brother was graduating from high school. It seems like yesterday that he completed boot camp. It seems like yesterday that he served in Iraq.

For me the time has flown, but I know that it was not as fast for Jason. He went into the Marines as my little brother and has come out a man that I am proud to call a US Marine. I am so thankful of his service for our country and for our freedom. There are no words to explain the feelings in my heart. Jason I love you and can't wait to see you again!

His travels are just beginning....someone hooked him up with a Penske truck and he is driving from Camp Pendleton to Wisconsin. 2,123 miles......SAFE TRAVELS!
